We are situated in the FITBOX gym which is located on the Dodd Lane Business Park, off Chorley Road. There is plenty off road parking and also disabled access into the clinic.

Post exercise sports massage or massage that is aiming to relieve tension/ pain is a deeper form of massage and can reduce performance in the 24 hours after the massage. However, you can still exercise after having this type of sports massage, but we advise you do a thorough warm up.
